• $105.00 single/double occupancy, per room, per night plus applicable taxes. (No Breakfast Included). Must state that it is for the Renaissance 2010 conference at time of booking to receive conference pricing.

Method of Reservation:

• Individuals will call in on their own to make their guest room reservations

Payment Procedure:

• Individuals will pay own room, tax and any incidentals upon checkout unless otherwise stated.
• OBFF is not responsible for payment of guest rooms
• We ask that all reservations by method indicated no later than March 8th. Any individual reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days before date of arrival otherwise a charge of one (1) nights stay will be applied to the credit card on file.

Check In/Out Time:

• Our check-in time is 3:00 pm; checkout time is 12:00 pm
• all guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available
